UCL Water Group
UCL Water Group aims to centralise Water as an interdisciplinary theme across UCL, and promotes knowledge and idea exchange within and beyond the UCL community. As a platform, the group facilitates knowledge communication among peers while creating a network to promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The group gathers regularly during term time to develop initiatives that help to integrate the group and to display what is being done at UCL in relation to water. These include lunchtime presentations, where researchers present their work to a broad audience and received feedback; as well as a database with members' research background. Additionally, the group organises fieldtrips and an annual seminar with invited speakers from both academia and industry.
